What is Entree Express?

Entree Express is your local restaurant delivery service that delivers meals from your favorite restaurants to your home, office, or hotel room.

How much does delivery cost?

There is an $8 delivery charge per restaurant. The minimum food order is $10 before sales tax. A gratuity for your driver is appreciated, please consider their efforts.

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed through our website or directly with the restaurant by phone.

Can I order from multiple restaurants?

Unfortunately, our new time quoting system does not allow for orders from multiple restaurants at the same time. If you would like to order from multiple restaurants the orders will have to be placed seperately. The order minimum and delivery fee will apply per restaurant. Your order may or may not be delivered by different drivers. We recommened either splitting the gratuity or treating each order as though it was handled by different drivers.

What are the methods of payment?

Cash and credit cards are accepted.

I have a problem with my order, what should I do? 

If there are any problems with your order, please call us or the restaurant within 15 minutes of the order being delivered.  Once we verify the problem with the restaurant, we will immediately take the necessary steps to rectify the situation.
